Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring the fox logo tags are intact and the product is in unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
